Not that I have forgotten about rock music, guys and gals! 🙂 I am currently playing the CD for next month’s Under-Appreciated Rock Band of the Month, the Invisible Eyes – for the third time in two days in fact. I am probably going to play it again just as soon as “That Old Song . . .”, the last (and best) song on the CD wraps up.

The Under-Appreciated Rock Band of the Month for December 2012 is THE INVISIBLE EYES, an absolutely fantastic punk/psychedelic band that released only one album as far as I know, in 2005. They were the last band signed by Bomp! Records founder Greg Shaw before his untimely death in 2004. [Suzy Shaw told me later that she thinks that the Coffin Lids was actually the last band that he signed]. Details can be found in my Notes.

Something else cool happened today. I have been a little frustrated that Google searches rarely return much of anything from my website; but just today, I did a search for one of my UARB’s, the Invisible Eyes band (without quote marks), and there were 17,600,000 results. And lo and behold, the original Facebook post on my website was the #2 result on that list! Check it out:
