The Under-Appreciated Rock Band of the Month for May 2015 is MAL RYDER and THE PRIMITIVES; they separately existed on the fringes of the British music scene in the early 1960’s and then found stardom when they combined forces and emigrated to Italy. I also discuss the Jagger/Richards songwriting team that wrote most of the Stones’ immortal hits, along with a lot of cool lyrics. Up next month: Lennon/McCartney. Details can be found in my Notes:
