The Under-Appreciated Rock Band of the Month for April 2013 is LES SINNERS, a 1960’s French Canadian garage-rock band. They recorded mostly in French, though their first album is equally divided between English and French songs (and sometimes both!). Along the way are musings about bands from non-English-speaking countries plus other bands that don’t sing in English, plus information on other Canadian garage rock bands. See my Notes for details.
