The Under-Appreciated Rock Band of the Month for September 2012 is CODE BLUE (not to be confused with another new wave band from a few months back, Wild Blue). Front man Dean Chamberlain was a founding member of the Motels more than a decade before their hit songs came out, so I have included info on the “hidden history” of several other bands and artists.
