Day 100 of the BP Oil Spill Disaster, and I am almost ready to exhale now that the temporary fix seems to be holding. I am praying that it holds.

Anytime the oil companies drill offshore, they should have to drill a relief well also, since that is apparently the only way to stop something like this.

I smelled the oil again yesterday morning, real bad; that’s only the second time, but it sure reminds me again of what’s out there.

The way the winds are blowing now, this could be the week that it really comes ashore bad. If a Hurricane hits it, God help us all. 🙁

Tar clods are now washing up on Sand Island off the coast of Pascagoula, and also on Dauphin Island, Alabama, which is over 100 miles away.
