Pebbles, Volume 4 was released by ESD Records in 1990 as #ESD-80372.
Notes on the Tracks
Several of the bands on Pebbles, Volume 4 are featured on the original Pebbles, Volume 1 LP, the Soup Greens, the Grains of Sand, and the Floyd Dakil Combo; while the Remains have a song on the seminal 1972 compilation album Nuggets: Original Artyfacts from the First Psychedelic Era, 1965–1968.
Other relatively prominent bands on Pebbles, Volume 4 include New Colony Six, the Vejtables, the Clefs of Lavender Hill, and the Choir. Not all of the artists on the album are American; for example, Q65 is a Dutch band, while the Golden Cups are Japanese.
