My little sister Julie W. Kovasckitz went with my parents and some of the other Winfree kids to the drive-in to see a movie a lot like this one, King Kong vs. Godzilla; for some reason that I can’t remember, I don’t remember getting to go myself even though I have always loved monster movies. She was so young at the time that she could barely talk, but she used to go around the house talking about “King Kong ver-sus Godzilla” for weeks after that. It was just too funny!
